We have been closely monitoring updates with regards to COVID-19. After careful considerations, we would like to announce that Soulbox will be temporarily closed from 17 March - 22 March 2020. These dates are fluid based on the Government updates.
We had wanted to continue to hold this space for our members, teachers and staff, and every decision has been made with this community in mind. This is the best way to keep our community safe and aid in a faster resolution for all.
All active packages and memberships will be automatically paused during this closure.

HammockYIN yoga is a hybrid slow-paced style of yin yoga with the use of a hammock as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time.
The poses are held for up to three minutes, sometimes longer.
