The AntiGravity® Hammock acts as a soft trapeze and as a support while you master simple inversions and finally progress to more advanced poses. Incorporating components from dance, Pilates and calisthenics, AntiGravity® has created a complete workout that is certain to get you in shape while realigning you from the compression of gravity. 

Pre-Requisite:  This is a Required Introductory Class.
In this hour introduction class, you will receive knowledge from a certified AntiGravity Instructor on how to get started with your AntiGravity practice.  Taking time to safely and progressively invert, better understand the importance of proper Hammock placement, and build confidence in utilizing the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock.  In this group environment, we will embrace the AntiGravity philosophy of FUN so you can Fly High in all other AntiGravity Techniques.

AntiGravity Fundamentals is an introductory AntiGravity class building on your Intro to AntiGravity class.  Become more familiar with the versatility of the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock as you experience movements in a progressive flow incorporating more zero compression inversions and suspended stretching.   This class is most suitable for newer students and those wishing to progressively build within AntiGravity Techniques.  Embrace the AntiGravity philosophies of Safety First & Having FUN and discover the excitement of moving freely in all directions of open space.

AntiGravity Suspension Fitness - Open Level class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mobility by getting out of the box and elevating your workout!  Experience new ways of utilizing the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock in this flying fitness class while safely inverting, flipping, and tricking.  AntiGravity Suspension Fitness is loved by all for increasing focus and agility of both the physical body and body of the mind, what the creator of AntiGravity Techniques Christopher Harrison refers to as a needed “Mindful Workout”.  Experience aspects of the Team AntiGravity Entertainment conditioning workout as well as methods used by AntiGravity founder Christopher Harrison to safely flip and fly rock stars.

AntiGravity Aerial Yoga - Open Level class is designed to build strength, flexibility and mobility through zero-compression inversions, reverse traction, suspended asanas, flying vinyasas, and levitating meditations.  This aerial yoga technique is taught with clear progressions for safety and execution.  While the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock aides in proper alignment for fully supported inversions or ground and Hammock supported postures, the Hammock will also serve as a sensory deprivation tool to create nurturing spaces in establishing presence for a deeper practice in and out of the Hammock.

AntiGravity Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AntiGravity Aerial Yoga.  Co-developed by AntiGravity Master Instructor Shelly Bomb, this powerful method focuses the mind through visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, while deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body.  Each class features full body inversions alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, mind/body connection.
