Kettlebell Metcon is designed for metabolic conditioning. This workout will focus on building strength and endurance while kickstarting your metabolism. We will use kettlebells, body weight exercises, and stability work to fatigue your muscles while also teaching the basics of how kettlebells should be handled. The combination of body weight work coupled with kettlebells will make your muscles sore and hungry for more.

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training program that combines simple and effective movements bringing you fun and full body workout in only 45 minutes class. With a ratio of 20 seconds ON and 10 seconds OFF to perform each movement, HIIT will make your body feel completely alive at the end of the workout.

The HIIT class is for all levels of Fitness as our experienced instructors offer you a safe range of movements. Don't be surprised if you see the changes on your body with just a few sessions done.

Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination.

The system combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.

The exercises use custom-designed Training Sticks as tools to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.
